Dallas Stars Sign Defenseman Jerad Rosburg to One-Year Two-Way Contract

FRISCO, Texas - Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has signed defenseman Jerad Rosburg to a one-year two-way contract extension, which will run through the 2023-24 season. 

In the 2022-23 season, Rosburg, 27, recorded three points (0-3-3) in 12 games for the Texas Stars, Dallas' development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL), before missing the rest of the season due to injury. He has played parts of four seasons with Texas, earning 26 points (6-20-26) in 115 games, including a career-high 14 points (4-10-14) in in 65 games in 2021-22. He added two games in the Calder Cup Playoffs in 2022, recording three shots on goal and a plus-1 rating.  

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound native of Clarksville, Maryland was originally undrafted and signed with Dallas as a Free Agent on March 9, 2020.
