Throughout the regular season, the Texas Stars participate in numerous community activities and visit local hospitals, schools, and events for charitable organizations.
Due to the constraints of the team’s travel and practice schedule, we regret that we cannot fulfill all appearance requests, however we will do our best each season to accommodate as many community organizations as possible.
Appearances will not be fulfilled during any playoff run or in the offseason, as most of the team will be unavailable.
Requests must include a completed appearance request form.
Requests must be received by the 15th of the month prior to your appearance request. (Example: If you are interested in an appearance for any day in October, your request must be in no later than 15 September).
Request must be received on non-profit letterhead and contain verification of 501(c)(3) status.
Requests will not be granted for individuals or for-profit organizations.
It is important to include as much information on the appearance request form as possible, particularly pertaining to the activities the players would participate in at your event: reading to children, visiting hospital patients in their rooms, hockey demonstrations, etc.
