Dallas Stars Recall Goaltender Landon Bow

FRISCO, Texas - Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has recalled goaltender Landon Bow from the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL), and placed center Martin Hanzal on Injured Reserve (muscle strain) retroactive to Jan. 20.

Bow, 22, has appeared in 28 games with Texas this season posting a 15-9-3 record with a 2.81 goals against average and a .905 save percentage. He earned his first career AHL shutout on Jan. 19, stopping all 27 shots that he faced at Manitoba.

The 6-foot-5, 210-pound native of St. Albert, Alberta was originally signed by Dallas as an undrafted free agent on March 10, 2017. 

Desrosiers, 22, is 17-6-2 with Idaho this season with a 2.74 goals against average and a .907 save percentage. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound netminder was a second-round pick of Dallas in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
