Are there discounted ticket rates for groups?

A: We offer discounted rates for groups of fifteen or more people. If you would like to reserve group rate tickets to a Texas Stars game please call 512.GO.STARS.

At what age does my child require a ticket?

A: Any child under the age of two does not need a ticket.

What happens if I want to change my seats?

A: Call our box office and speak with them about any changes to your tickets at 512.600.5001.

What is the Unused Ticket Redemption Policy?

A: Full and Half Season Ticket Holders can take advantage of the Unused Ticket Redemption. You may bank your tickets to games you are not able to attend for a ticket credit to be used at a future 2021 - 2022 regular season game. This policy allows you to turn your tickets back in up to 24 hours prior to a game occurring. This policy is for all regular season games, excluding the final home game of the regular season.

Do you offer discounts for military personnel or first responders?

A: Yes, we have a discount program through GovX.com as a small thanks to all members of the armed forces and first responders. Click here for more info.

How do we ride the Zamboni, ride the bench, do an on-ice shoot out, etc?

A: The additional game assets that we offer are reserved for Season Ticket Holders and groups in attendance. If you would like more information about reserving a group event or our ticket plans please call 512.GO.STARS.

How do we get to participate in a game during intermissions?

A: Look out for the Game Ops Crew on the concourse before the game! They're always looking for participants. In addition, some on-ice activities are often reserved for groups in attendance. How do I get a name on the jumbotron for someone’s birthday or anniversary?

A: Contact the marketing department at shaney@texasstars.com no later than 24 hours before the start of the game. Unfortunately, after this time period, we will be unable to add names. In your email, please include the name(s) and whether this is a birthday or anniversary inquiry. Please note that you may not receive a response until the day of the game.

How do I get a player autograph?

A: We hold designated autograph sessions and player apperances (check the current promotional schedule for upcoming sessions) where players are available for autographs. Additional player meet & greet opportunities are scheduled for our season ticket holders.

How do I get a player or coach to come speak to my group or visit my school?

A: There are directions on the “Appearances” page under the Community tab on how to request an appearance.

If I have something I want the player to have, how do I go about making sure they get it?

A: During designated autograph sessions and after games provide the best opportunity to meet and greet the Texas Stars players. As a benefit for season ticket holders, there are exclusive opportunities to meet with the players.
 

How do I get a Game Ops Crew autograph?

A: The Game Ops Crew is typically free before and after the games, and may also be roaming the concourse during the games. If you see them out on the concourse during one of these times, feel free to ask!

How do I become a Game Ops Crew member?

A: Interviews are held prior to the start of each season, though there may occassionally be openings throughout the year. Visit TeamWork Online for a list of current job openings.

Can I take pictures and videos at Texas Stars games?

A: Still photo cameras are now acceptable under the below conditions: 1) Any camera stand of any size or dimension will not be allowed inside the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park unless they are approved media with proper credentials. 2) H-E-B Center at Cedar Park management reserves the right to ask the patron to take the camera back to their car should the camera, or the process of using the camera, obscure, block, or interfere with another patron during the game. 3) Permitted photographs and similar recordings may be used for personal viewing only. Any other use, distribution, or commercial use, including use for portfolio purposes, is prohibited. Fans may not distribute any copyrighted game information or protected likenesses without proper permission. 

Camera policies for non-Texas Stars games vary. Please visit www.hebcenter.com for a list of policies by event.

How do I audition to sing the National Anthem? How do I get my school’s choir to sing the National Anthem?

A: Anthem auditions are held during the off season. Please check back to complete a submission when we are accepting them.

What time do the doors open on game days?

A: Doors open one hour before the game starts. If you are a Texas Stars Club Season Ticket Holder, VIP doors at H-E-B Plaza open 90 minutes before game time on the weekend.

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park

What are the box office hours on non-event days?

A: The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m on non-event days. The box office is also open on Saturday from Noon - 3:00 p.m. on non-event days. The box office is closed on Sundays.

How do I get to the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park?

Where can I park and what is the cost?

A: You can park anywhere in the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park parking lot that isn’t closed off with traffic cones. Parking is including in all ticket prices. There are three entrances to the parking lots. One entrance is located off of New Hope Drive. Two entrances are available off of southbound 183A; one is located north of the valet entrance and one is located south of the valet entrance.

Where is your guest services located and how can they help me?

A: H-E-B Center at Cedar Park guest services is located behind section 121. For information on Texas Stars ticket packages, representatives are available at the main entrance.

Does the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park serve alcohol? What kind of food do you have there? Can we bring food or drinks in?

A: The H-E-B Center at Cedar Park has six permanent restaurant storefronts and multiple portable stands located around the concourse which serve food and drinks including alcohol. No outside food or drinks may be brought in. Items for children such as formula and baby bottles will be allowed. There are five specialty bars at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park  in addition to the restaurant fronts and beer vendors. Three are located on the At Home Suite level and are open to all patrons; the BudLight Lounge by the main entrance is open to all patrons; and the Miller Lite Club Lounge is on the main concourse and is open only to Club seat ticket holders.
