Texas Stars Trim Down Training Camp Roster

CEDAR PARK, Texas – The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL’s Dallas Stars, announced today they have released seven players from their tryout agreements.
 
Forwards Jason Bast, Colton Beck, James Livingston, Wade MacLeod and Steve Quailer, along with defensemen Randy Cure and Charlie Dodero, have been released from the team’s training camp roster.
 
The Stars roster now sits at 29 players.  The team will open the 2014-15 regular season on Oct. 11, at home against the Iowa Wild.
