Cedar Park, TX - The Dallas Stars announced on Friday that the club has assigned forward Matt Fraser to the Texas Stars, Dallas’ primary affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL). Fraser was recalled on Feb. 22 and was a healthy scratch in Thursday night’s game at Chicago.
