Option One:You can rollover your credit toward your 2020-21 season ticket package. If you have already renewed and are on a payment plan, the ticket credit would reduce the amount of your next payment by the credit amount. If you have not yet renewed and are interested in doing so, this credit would immediately lower the balance on your 2020-21 season ticket package.
Option Two:You can receive a food and beverage gift card usable during any HEBC event at the six concourse storefronts, Craft Beer Bar, the at homelevel bars and chef’s table and the Bud Light Club. Other vendors are subject to their participation.
Option Three:You can donate your credit to the Texas Stars Foundation, which will match and use your credit to donate tickets to healthcare workers, veterans, teachers and essential workers during the 2020-21 season.
For example, if you donate four tickets worth of value, the Texas Stars Foundation will match your donation and donate eight total tickets in your name. In addition, if you select this option, for every even increment of $100 in ticket credit you donate, the Texas Stars will give you a $50 Texas Stars merchandise credit (I.E. Ticket Credit of $100.00 - $199.99 = $50.00 in merchandise credit; $200.00 - $299.99 = $100.00 in merchandise credit).
If none of the above options are completely satisfactory, you can request a call from a Texas Stars representative to discuss custom options including refunds. Please click here for the Ticket Credit Form.
