Dallas Stars Set for Training Camp Tomorrow in Boise, ID

DALLAS, Texas – The Dallas Stars have finalized the team’s roster for the 2018-19 training camp, which begins tomorrow at CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho. Training camp will take place through Sunday, Sept. 16 and features a roster of 59 players.

The full list includes 35 forwards, 19 defensemen, and five goaltenders. Click here to view the Dallas Stars full roster. The roster features 19 players from the 2017-18 Texas Stars roster and a total of 28 alumni who have donned a Texas Stars jersey in the club’s 10 year history.

Dallas Stars training camp follows the completion the 2018 NHL Prospect Tournament in Traverse City, Michigan. A total of 19 goals were scored by the Dallas Stars prospects across the team’s four games, including tallies by Tony Calderone, Niklas Hansson, Sam Laberge, and John Nyberg.

The team will hold practice sessions at CenturyLink Arena on Friday, Sept. 14 and Saturday, Sept. 15, which are closed to the public. Friday's practice sessions are only open to media and access for Saturday's practice sessions will be limited to Idaho Steelheads season ticket holders and guests at select area hotels. On Sunday, Sept. 16, the Steelheads will host the Victory Green vs. White Intrasquad Scrimmage at CenturyLink Arena. Split into two teams, the Stars will play an officiated scrimmage beginning at 11 a.m.
