Incompetant, unprofessional, terrible place

I banked there for over 25 years. During that time with deposits there over $100K I was turned down for their credit card. They let my (now ex) wife drain my personal accounts. Now an ATM double charged me and their 'investigation' sided with the ATM--accomplices to the theft of my money. I am going elsewhere with all my funds. AVOID THESE CHARLATANS!

All credit unions are good or better than banks...

Velocity is very conservation but they have your best interests at heart. I would always suggest a credit union over a bank for loans, credit cards and checking/savings accounts.
